Gefond's history and future between continuity and change

This year Gefond turns 30 years since its founding, and the best way to celebrate this anniversary is to tell the company's story, starting with the spirit with which it was born and with which founder Pierluigi Tronci embarked on this journey, then looking at the prospects and new paths that Gefond has decided to take, assessing the dynamics of the industry and the new challenges posed by new markets, with the entry of the company's second generation, the founder's daughter Tiziana Tronci.
Gefond is an established player in the diecasting industry. Since its founding in 1994, it has represented leading suppliers in the industry and distributes foundry equipment of technologically advanced light alloys and today represents important brands in Italy: thermoregulation control units HIGH PERFORMANCE DIE CASTING by Gefond, WOLLIN and AED lubricators, FOUNDRY 4 dosing furnaces, MMP crucible furnaces, MORGAN crucibles, KROWN melting furnaces, LASERAX latest-generation laser markers, adiabatic coolers to replace FRIGEL evaporative towers. The technologies distributed by Gefond are solutions that can lower energy consumption and make the tax benefits under the new Transition 5.0 Plan, as well as Perpetual predictive maintenance software.
