Robospray DAG3000

The robot lubrication systems of the DAG3000 line offer perfect flexibility and functionality for mould lubrication. The system can be combined with any brand of robot. It is ideal for robots: ABB, KUKA, COMAU, FANUC, KAWASAKI, MOTOMAN.

FLEXTOOL

Thanks to their fully modular composition, Flextool lubrication heads can be adapted to each mould. Each nozzle can be placed in the exact position for maximum performance. This helps to reduce lubrication time. Its low weight ensures a more dynamic movement, further reducing cycle time. The supply and lubricant lines have a significantly higher flow rate than other similar instruments on the market. With up to 8 lube circuits and 2 blowing circuits it ensures maximum flexibility. All spray circuits can be used on both sides of the mould, and groups of nozzles can be assigned to different circuits. The FLEXTOOL technology is known for achieving the best values in terms of process performance, but also for high reliability and very low maintenance requirements.

DELTASPEED

DELTASPEED technology is a special upgrade for FLEXTOOL spraying systems. The combination of the FLEXTOOL and DELTASPEED modules allows the application of minimum quantities of water-free product. This technology combines the MQS (minimum quantity spraying) technique with the speed required by today's processes. The DELTASPEED can be combined with both the Cartesian lubricators DAG 1000 LST series and the robotic systems DAG3000 RSFLT. The system can drive DELTASPEED electric volumetric nozzles.

- DELTASPEED nozzles. DELTASPEED electric volumetric nozzles allow the application of minimal quantities of water-free release agents. The design of these volumetric nozzles allows for process repeatability despite the minimal amounts of product used. Three different versions are available with different volumetric capacities, from 0.3 ml to 1.7 ml.
